Our History

Civic leaders established Baylor Scott & White Irving Foundation as a public charity in 1977. To date, $80 million has been raised and granted to create healthier residents of Irving and surrounding communities.

Our Team

Our staff of four is helped by a diverse and committed volunteer board of directors — and we work under the leadership of Baylor Scott & White Health’s executive leadership with guidance of local hospital and clinic administrators.

IRS Recognition

Irving Healthcare Foundation–which does business as Baylor Scott & White Irving Foundation–is recognized by the Internal Revenue Services as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. We also are recognized by Candid at the Platinum level for financial transparency.
