Canine Companions Visit Brings Smiles and Support

Last week, our team had the joy of welcoming some very special guests — therapy dogs from Canine Companions, one of the nonprofit designations employees can support through our Give to Change employee giving campaign.

Staff members were excited to meet the dogs, enjoy some snacks, and learn more about how Canine Companions transforms lives through expertly trained therapy animals. Seeing the dogs in action gave employees a meaningful, firsthand look at the difference their donations can make.

During the event, a patient visitor passing through on her way to see a loved one shared that she was having a hard day — but said that seeing the therapy dogs was just what she needed. It was a heartwarming reminder of how these moments of comfort and connection can reach far beyond the intended audience.
